Dr. Crystal L. Brown is a senior analyst for Chicago Public Schools (CPS). She specializes in supporting the district with its online learning initiatives. She manages the IT Academy, which is a district initiative designed to advance the district’s employees’ technology skills. Furthermore, she is responsible for designing the plan CPS uses to integrate technology in its nearly 100 high schools. Prior to her current position, she was a teacher in the district for ten years.
